Select “Make a claim”
Record your claim by describing what has happened
Get notified of the progress of your claim
We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us in the app if you have any questions along the way.
If you can’t access the app, feel free to send an email describing your claim.
The compensation for lost and damaged items is based on their current market value, not the original purchase price. You can find a table with the age-based deductions for the most common items in our terms.
On the other hand, for some things, such as legal fees, you will be compensated with a fixed amount.
The deductible varies depending on what type of claim you have. You can find your deductible in the app or in your insurance documents.
To speed up the claims handling, make sure to attach receipts for expensive items. Telling us when and where you bought the items also makes the process more efficient.
Did several items get damaged, stolen or lost? Contact us and we will help you fill in a simple template with details about the possessions.
If you can’t access the app, feel free to send an email describing your claim to instead. Make sure to include your name and personal identity number.
